RECOMMENDATIONS
• Wear the slippers for short periods initially to become accustomed to them (We advise 5-10 mins per day, building up to 30 mins or longer).
• To aid elimination of toxins and improve energy flow, drink a glass of water before and after use.
• We advise you avoid wearing the slippers within an hour after meals or an hour before bedtime.
• To keep slippers in good condition, wipe occasionally with a damp cloth or wipes.
• If you have Diabetes, please wear socks with your slippers.
